Over 3 decades of care by Dr Scott Bautch. Hes now working on my 3rd generation of family:) He has supported me through my health journey when Mayo couldnt. Hes truly someone to have in your corner & as your functional medicine doc.

I had a great experience with Dr. Johnson, but my reasoning to the 2 star is not due to him but due to the staff incompetence. I was charged for a service and had received a bill. I called back to the facility to get the payment paid but the staff that i was transferred to told me there were no bills that needed to be paid and had assured me that everything was paid. That bill was then sent to collections due to their lack of incompetence. My credit was compromised due to their incompetence and lack of communication. I had called back to the facility once i found out about the bill being sent to collections and the representative for the billing department was super rude and zero knowledge of how to deal with a customer who was frustrated. She showed no empathy whatsoever. This made me lose trust in their services due to their staff.
