We built a lake house with Premier and had a wonderful experience. When other builders couldn't be bothered to meet with us, Kevin and Clayton met with us a few days after reaching out and we were working with an architect within a week to design our dream home. We had a bit of a time crunch and Kevin helped us the whole way and made sure we got in on time. Barb was our designer and made sure we picked high quality options and color schemes that are timelines. The whole process was a lot of fun and we feel like we got everything we wanted. We're so happy we went with Premier Builders!

We built our house with Kevin and Barb was our designer!! Loved working with both of them. After our house was completed Clayton was very easy to work with. They are all very responsive and know how to get the job done!!! I love my home and everything about the whole process. Thanks for listening to our needs and making our dream home.

I moved into a house Premier house in 2006, it was built around 2000-2001. After 16 of living here, Im still fixing issues where corners were cut or proper quality inspections werent done. The most recent is both garage door headers are sagging because no screws/nails were used when bridging the opening and one garage door frame was basically falling out for lack of fasteners. I know that new houses are thrown up quickly, but this is ridiculous, I hope the company has changed since then. You can see in the photo how much the header was sagging before screws were added. UPDATE: Found another one today when replacing a ceiling light on the master bedroom closet. The ceiling light was installed with drywall anchors and no junction box. Wire was run though the drywall and spliced above the fixture. The fixture did not have an integrated junction box.

We just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Premier Builders who helped us create our dream home! We would highly recommend Premier Builders if you are looking to build a house! This home is our second build with Kevin and his team. Our first home was designed from a plan that they had built previously where we made a few changes. This build was a complete re-draft of a hand drawn plan that we brought to the table. From our meeting with the architects to finalize our changes to the speed at which Premier Builders was able to finish our home, we are very happy with the final product. As a consumer we are not a big fan of surprises. Although our project with Kevin was not free of changes along the way (mostly us making them), he was able to accommodate our changes and source materials to stay on time with our project without incurring large change fees. No request is too small for Kevin, everything we wanted was possible, and even though we made changes, none of them put us off track for the final deadline. Kevin said it would get done, and it did! We absolutely love our new home and have received many compliments on it! It was built with the highest quality and turned out even more beautiful than we ever imagined.
