Aurora Urgent Care

First time being here. By far, way better than ProHealth Care. Im moving all of my medical history to Aurora. People here are friendly and helpful. Feel like Im getting help and not getting yelled at. By far the best urgent care in Wisconsin.

Thought I had the flu, was quick in and out. Felt better with the anti nausea meds. Good care, felt very considered.

I've been to several urgent care facilities in my lifetime. In my opinion, this is by far the best one. I've been there three times this year. Each time, from the time I walked in, until I left, I received only 5 star treatment from EVERYONE!! The level of care is so good that I asked the doctor if he practiced elsewhere because I was hoping he could become my primary doctor. I think that says it all.

I went on a weekday in the morning around opening for an ear infection. There were maybe 4 or 5 people ahead of me. I actually saw a lot of the staff just talking, which fine. I waited 15-20 mins for the nurse, who looked and acted very annoyed that I was there and she had to take care of me. I wait another 10 or so minutes, the doctor comes in, introduces herself, looks at my ear, says yep its infected and shell send antibiotics. Im not sure why I only got to see the doctor for like 2 minutes. I would have rather waited and gotten like an exam. I have not improved, and my ear is now swollen shut (5 days on an antibiotic that didnt work at all). When I called back, I was told to follow up with my doctor, which is another issue with Aurora, I was told I cant, shes too busy pretty much. I gave it two stars because I was out within an hour, but the level of care was not there.

This is a new facility located off of Sunset near Target. We utilized the Urgent Care services for our son and received the same great service that Aurora has a reputation for providing without having to drive 20+ minutes across town. Everyone from the Schedulers (there were two), to the Doctors and Nurses were friendly and efficient. We were told that they are in the process of also adding a Family Practice Physician, OB, and Pediatrician. We cant wait to have a full service location on this side of town. We were very pleased with quality of care!
