MinuteClinic at CVS

I can not begin to express how horrible my "clinic" experience was. I followed all of the steps to "check in early" only to arrive and realize I had to submit everything again. After arriving for my scheduled appointment, in excruciating pain, I waited 40 minutes to be seen. During my wait, the nurse would walk in and out of the rooms, which I can only assume she was perhaps seeing patients? She never greeted any of us who were patiently waiting. Never indicated that she was running behind, or would be with us shortly. She was cold and rude. When I was finally called in, again, never greeted me, never showed even the slightest bit of compassion. I finally addressed that she was incredibly rude and was making me extremely uncomfortable. This seemed to help her muster a slight bit of humanity, but I can't believe that it took me reminding her that I was coming in as a sick patient, feeling extremely vulnerable to get her to show even the slightest bit of compassion. Why in the world would a person like this go into healthcare? I will never return to this location again and can not recommend enough for others to avoid it as well.

Drivers do not go there for DOT physical. Tracy will reject your DOT just because you didn't list stuff like pulled muscle. Horrible experience.

Despite what the negative reviewers say, the MinuteClinic here is great! Its a clinic, you ever been to a hospital clinic where you wait 1-4 hours to see someone, much faster here. Got in and out in 20 minutes to address an illness and at a MUCH cheaper rate than going through a hospital network. Would definitely make the trip here from Dane County again!
