        This time should be a 5 star rating, however it is my second time having them take care of our taxes. Despite submitting 3 w2 for two people the taxes were prepared for a single person not joint. Then I get personal, However I was weeks before the due date 4/18 I had to bring it to there attention only to find they never sent them. Thanks again to K. For figuring out what was wrong. Now I will wait to see if they pay for the late fees. T.A.
