        Last year, went here, amazing. Came back this year, woman couldnt do it the first time, had to come back multiple times and now I received a letter in the mail that it wasnt filed right. Tried to call and caller accused me and was very rude. Terrible tax service. Will be going somewhere else.

        I was charge $158.00 for 1 w2 form while doing my taxes. The employee was very nice and excellent at what she does. I was also told if I payed that with my return that I'd be another charge of $54.00! As if you didn't charge too much to begin with...... I'm very unsatisfied with your service, and will not be returning for any reason! If you value your own return I'd go anywhere else.
