        My phone was hacked, probably through a Ticketmaster transaction. I needed help urgently & in a big way. After a quick analysis, Verizon sent me to the Sunset Drive location & Justin was awesome. He explained what they'd need to do & were done sooner than they expected! He handled it just like it was his own device! I'll definitely go there again if I have any issues with my phone, tablet or laptop.
