My girlfriend is currently suffering because she doesnt have her prescription. My girlfriend has contacted this office for the past 5 days and she STILL hasnt gotten back to her. Even the pharmacist has left urgent messages, and this office has done absolutely nothing to help her. Each day that passes she grows more sick. NEVER go here for psychiatric services. They do not respond in a timely manner and do not care for their patients. We will be switching psychiatrists as soon as possible. This is unacceptable behavior from a health clinic.

My mother requires a lot more attention and care and they are always so helpful with everything. The medical clinic provided me with top-notch treatment. I felt truly cared for and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking medical attention.

I'm stuck in a cycle of asking for information, being told they'll let me know within 48 hours, and repeating the cycle when they forget about me. Rude receptionist.

As a mental health patient I could not give this place a worse rating. Had a issue with my doctor filed a administrative complaint and was told it would take 48 hours. It's been almost 2 weeks now and nothing. I take medication and these people have the power. Good old medical professional smh. I will be contacting the state and filing a complaint for the whole office not just the doctor

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Both of my parents have been regular clients here since before COVID. My dad has diabetes type 2 and has mentioned to them multiple that he has issues with his feet. They used to check his feet regularly until COVID hit and they refused to even touch his feet (even though they had no problem touching other parts of his body). Its 3 years after the pandemic and they STILL refuse to check his feet. He recently got a seriously bad infection on his foot and had to go to the ER but keep in mind that this infection was already visible when he went in to his appointment at this clinic just days before he went to the ER and got hospitalized. When we told the ER doctors that his 16th street clinic doctor has refused to check his feet they were not surprised with their lack of professionalism, care for patients, and empathy. if youre reading this, do yourself and your health a favor and go somewhere where your health is taken seriously.
