My daughter's post that was removed: I have been to this hospital once in the mid afternoon and had excellent service. However, last night I went with severe flu symptoms during the night shift and experienced horrible service. They completely disregarded my symptoms, did not test me for anything. Didn't even let me have a sip of water or ice chips. The nurse Juliette poked me with and IV that made my entire hand burn and go numb. She said "what, you never had an IV before?" I told her I had many times but never felt the kind of pain she put me through. Then they put me alone in the room, barely checking on me. I even had a nurse slam the door closed as i was in excruciating pain. They mentioned another IV but did not want to go thru the pain again and the male dr proceeded to lie and said he watched me flinch as they tried the 1st IV but he was NEVER IN THE ROOM. From that point on i left. Extremely rude, uncaring night staff and my hand is still numb.
