Stellar service from purchasing to delivery! I was in need of a new King size mattress and have always heard great things about Verlo. I was able to find the perfect mattress at the Waukesha store without sales pressure. My delivery was on time and courteous and professional. Definitely a customer for life!

The purchase of a new mattress was made very easy and with no pressure. The mattress was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The delivery people put the mattress where we wanted it and took the old mattress and box spring away. It was a great experience. We will buy from them again.

We have purchased from Waukesha Verlo many times and each experience has been outstanding!! Dave, Chad and team are always asking the right questions making certain we get exactly what we are looking for. The delivery team is always punctual and ALWAYS pre-calls prior to arrival. BUYER BEWARE! After reading the Google reviews, we questioned our salesperson about the review that said she had purchased a bed she couldn't find sheets to fit. He assured us that they did have sheets to fit the v11 mattress that we wanted to buy, but they would have to order them. So we placed our order for a mattress, mattress pad, and sheets. The new mattress and mattress pad was delivered without the special order sheets. We picked up the sheets a week later to discover that they did NOT fit, not even close! So, buyer beware, these mattresses are so thick we cannot find a supplier for fitted sheets! But for some strange reason, the mattress pad did fit fine. Anyone know where we can buy sheets for this ridiculous design of a mattress? Who in the world manufactures a mattress nobody makes sheets for? Verlo of course! And, there are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS per the BACK PAGE nobody made us aware of. Even if you were looked in the eye and lied to before placing your order!
