    I just wondering how the technician could be figuring out that the incident happened on different days. It wad just one time incident and yes my son draw on multiples pieces, accidente was reported the date after it happened. Accumulation of damage means incidents over time, not multiple pieces. Really disagreed with the protection plan and how you guys keep partnering with business that had received so many complaints and had offer poor service and not been tied to their policies been the customer the one that always lost. Poor service!

    DONT BUY THE FURNITURE PROTECTION PLAN. THEY WONT COVER A S....SERVECO NORTH AMERICA IS A SCAM I will rate Steinhafels with a 3 stars. The service I received from them was amazing, always willing to help you and find the things fits better for you. But, is always a but! I brought a $5k sectional and they offered me a protection plan because I have kids and pets so that plan will cover any possible damage that they can cause.to my $5k sectional. The plan cost me $700, as they told me after 7 month my son used a market to draw in my sectional, great didn't worrie much because I did get protection plan throu Steinhafels with ServeCo North America, worth company of the world. Didn't wanted cover any damage. And guess what I went to Business Bureau web sites and check the company over, not one had a good reviewed to them and reviews are about them not covering a S.... I'm wondering why steinhafels keep partnering with them if obviously are not offering good service and accepting approving any claim. Also. Steinhafels agreed with them no denid my claim. Way to go. No one had get back to me from steinhafels to explain why.

Hello, Oriana. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about this situation and any misunderstanding regarding the protection plan. The protection plan covers a specific incident of damage. Each incident needs to be reported with a date and method of how the damage occurred. A technician was sent out but the technician was not able to clean off the marker stains. The technician also noted that all of the furniture has marker stains in many areas of the seats and footrest areas. This indicates an accumulation of damage not a specific incident, which is not covered under the protection plan. Our notes show this was discussed with you and one of our store's managers last week. Again, we apologize for this situation and that the protection plan does not cover this claim.
