Thank you. I was wrongfully accused of crimes in Waukesha County. Attorney Dunlap cared enough to listen and not just force me into accepted a plea bargain. I would likely be in prison today and not home with my family had another attorney respented me. It was a 2 day jury trial and I was found not guilty on all 8 counts in less than 30 minutes. Many many years ago around 2002 or so. Joseph took my case upon his request.. The man was very very well spoken and had an amazing plan for us in court. Long story short if not for Joseph, my sentences would have been 3x as bad. And had I been able to follow directions back then I coulda avoided much much more but that was out of Joseph's hands.. I was assigned this attorney from the public defenders office. This attorney got my name wrong at a probably cause hearing and still got it wrong after the judge repeated the correct name numerous times. If your attorney can't even get your name right in court, what good is he or she?
