My fianc and I needed help getting custody of his child. We inquired about retaining an attorney (Ms.Bucher) and the office got back to me within hours of asking for help. We were able to set up an in person meeting and she told us all our options and guided us to make the best decisions. She was so helpful, extremely professional, and got back to us with answers to all of our questions. She did a wonderful job helping us with our situation and was able to help us get everything we wanted. I would highly recommend Ms.Bucher.

My son was charged with several felony counts and was facing over 40 years in prison. He was being held on 50k cash bond and very strict conditions of release if he posted the bond. When I first met Mr. Sonderhouse in the courthouse lobby and I made clear to him that I wanted my son properly represented and not just treated any kind of way. He assured me that he would adequately represent my son and told me I could trust him. Mr. Sonderhouse 1st started by getting the 50K cash bond reduced to a 50K signature bond and gps monitoring. My son was released from jail that evening, within 2 months the gps monitoring was removed. Mr. Sonderhouse kept me in the loop as to everything that was going on with my sons case, he called me, emailed me & I was even allowed to participate in the meetings at his office. Some of which became very heated to say the least. And yes he's gonna use profanity, a lot of it. And yes you're going hear 20 stories about previous cases, clients, his vacations or whatever else comes to his mind at the time. I've had a lot of laughs and smiles dealing with Mr. Sonderhouse. Plea negotiations took almost 11 months and were very intense but we eventually came to a fair deal. We discussed all of the scenarios and potential outcomes and he was honest with us. He never rushed us out of his office he answered our questions and gave us his honest opinions. Mr. Sonderhouse is a straight shooter whether you like it or not. It was ultimately my sons decision to accept a No Contest plea to 1 of the felonies so now he's a convicted felon but he can move forward with his life and put this behind him. His sentence was 12 months of Huber time and 5 years probation. Basically a slap on his wrist as long as do what he's supposed to do. Because it was 3 weeks out from Christmas, Mr. Sonderhouse was also able to delay his report day to Huber until several days after Christmas. Which was a blessing to our family. Me and my Family are very Happy and satisfied with Ronald Sonderhouse and his services to us. I would highly recommend Bucher, Wolfe, and Sonderhouse to any of my family friends or associates

I hired them for divorce my wife wanted. I feel I would have gotten no less the results had I done this myself. Everything was last minute and I was expected to accept. Very poor communication, unless they needed something. My wife of almost 40 years decide she preferred to wash clothes and make lunches for our 32 year old son in AZ rather than continue being my wife. She never worked full time if at all. Never was the victim of aggression and pretty much got what she wanted. I worked all my life serving my country in one way or another. Now in retirement, she gets half no she gets more then half. These attorneys were incapable of fighting to stop paying 50% of pension even after death, if she died first! Yes, I must continue paying until I die. They did not think there was anything wrong because my wifes attorney told them so. Basically, the opposing partys attorney told my attorney how things go, and my attorney went along with almost everything. They are unwilling to fight or research whether something is correct. And when Ron gets called in to help or comment, then know you need to find another attorney. Dont think 50-50 means 50-50. So much is a matter of interpretation and when it is over, there is no opportunity to correct anything. There actions and failings will be your life until death. These attorneys were only interest in a conclusion. Even today, I still dont know exactly what my wife gets. Remember communication sucks. So much for good and effective counsel. Update: Almost ten months after the finalization of the divorce, there are still unresolved issues forced upon me. I ask and ask via email, how and when to ultimately resolve. I am answered with silence. In my initial review I commented that communication was not good. Silence is worse. I guess I will have to file claims in court against ex spouse on my own. Our daughter will to. That sucks!. So, I was left with a decree that Im still not getting what was agreed upon and no communications from this law firm on bringing it to conclusion outside of civil court. Horrible experience.

I found Bucher, Wolff & Sonderhouse on Google when I needed a lawyer and I didn't know a single thing about them. After one conversation with Peter Wolff, I knew I wanted him to represent me and I'm very happy that I made the decision. The partners worked hard on my case, they were communicative, personable and the rates were affordable. Even after my sentencing, they continued to work on my case.
