As a Veteran, and me & my husband looking to buy our very first home we had no idea were to start. We were lead to Ritchie and the amazing ProVisor team. We started off as many not having one clue of what to do. Ritchie went over all of our information one night for 2 hours and informed us on steps to improve our credit and other actions to take to get us in a good place to purchase a home. Then several months later our dream home showed up on the market. We didn't even know if the work we would have gotten. Us pre-approved. So we called Ritchie again and that day he was able to tell us that our dream home could be a reality. So we began the home buying process. I can't tell you how many times we called Ritchie and the rest of the provisor team with questions. Especially with applying to get a VA loan with my military benefits. It was all so confusing. But the provisor team was there every single step of the way. Ever bump in the road the provisor team was there for us helping us understand the next steps and guiding us in the right direction. With there help we got our dream home!!! It took a bit to navigate the va loan and the home buying process itself and we honestly couldn't have don't it with our Ritchie and the amazing Provisor team. We have now been home owners in our dream home for several months and not a day goes by that we aren't extremely greatful for everything they did for us and our family. Thank you again Ritchie for always answering our many calls, cheering us on and getting us our dream home. And another extra special thanks for the absolutely beautiful gift in commemoration of my military service it means so much to me and we will find a beautiful spot to display it in our new home.

I contacted Brad by email numerous times and left messages and he has still not contacted me. I orginally contacted him 3 years ago but things didn't work out then but now things are different for me. Was hoping to keep my business in town but I guess I'll be going some place else. I contacted home through the website, and the email he gave me, it's been almost 2 months.
