We asked for an estimate on having our bathroom redone, and a couple weeks after their visit, we tried to contact them for an update. After four tries at contacting, we gave up. These are people we have known for several years, and previously admired the quality of their work, but in our case, their follow through was non-existent.

My husband and I were looking to have several projects finished at our home that we recently purchased. Bob and Mary sent 2 people out to look at what we needed to have done and said they would get back to us in two weeks with a quote for the projects. Two weeks went by which turned into three, so I reached out by text message to see if they needed more time. No response. I called several times and reached their voicemail each time. I understand that the market is busy and they may not be able to take on all jobs that are presented to them. However, to send someone out and say they would need two weeks to formulate a quote and then never respond is completely unprofessional in my opinion. I would not recommend them to anyone else in this area.
