Jason and co-workers were very professional. Jason was thorough with his explanation to me what was needed and with the estimate. The deck looks great! Jason communicated often via email about progress and always answered my questions. I will certainly use Preferred Builders in the future.

Jason and his team recently redid our deck and expanded it to include a hot tub. From start to finish, Jason and his team did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous, timely, and very responsive with communication. If I could give them a 0 I would. They did work at my neighbors house, destroyed part of my property, hit my fence and said they would fix it, this happened in October, I called and he told me today, it wasn't his fault he's not going to fix it. Jason lies and will destroy your property and not fix it.

Jason came highly recommended by a close friend when we were looking for a new home builder. We are so grateful that we decided to hire Preferred Builders to build our new home. There was excellent communication from start to finish, Jason was fantastic to work with and our finished home greatly exceeds our expectations!

While we are a bit delayed with our posting we wanted to let everyone know what a great job Jason and his team did in building our home. My husband and I engaged with Jason about 2 years ago in building a new home for us in Oconomowoc. He was helpful from start to finish understanding our needs and constraints. He worked with us to find ways to save money which allowed us to come in at budget for our beautiful home. Although there was stress along the way he was a great partner in addressing our concerns and continued follow up with us upon moving in.
