This insurance agency has gotten so big, buying up small mom and pops in the area, that they now have their calls going to a call center. You know what that means, no customer service, a lengthy automated voice response system just to get a live person on the phone, and transfers. When I purchased this policy it was from a small mom and pop who answered their phones, when this policy is up, Ill be looking to change, I suggest you do to.

I'm sorry you had difficulty with our phone system - we do NOT have a call center. You will always get a live body that's our phones are set up but if you call after hours you will get an answering machine.
