Meadow View Health Services is the most welcoming facility I've been to in the Sheboygan area. Staff is extremely polite and responsive! It's refreshing to see staff working for more than just a pay check. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my family here.

I've never witnessed such an unorganized mess. The staff wasn't necessarily unpleasant, they just didn't seem to have much of a plan on how do their job efficiently. We heard "Oh, I'll look into that" quite often, it got sickening.... When someone is in excruciating pain it's difficult to hear a pathetic excuse and nothing happens. Granted we were given the pathetic excuses very politely and with a smile, it doesn't make it any easier to accept. This experience felt similar to an automated phone service where you hear "Your call is very important to us, please wait for the next available representative".
After eight days of sitting in her own urine my grandmother, now with a bottom full of painfully sores is getting transferred to a place where she will not be stuffed in a room and ignored. Now the administrator is scrambling to get the admission papers signed. Really eight days later! She said if they didn't get signed they couldn't collect from Medicare.
To top it off my mother had put $100 in a activity fund that we wanted back and it was gone. Nobody knows! "We'll look into it".
I don't know who is untimately responsible for running the show over there, but it sure seems to be driven by dollar signs and not respectful care for the patients. I would be worried that i'll end my days wincing in agonizing pain while nobody hears my calls for help if I was them.
