We needed care for my wife on short notice. Synergy Home Care of Sheboygan not only stepped up in a big way, but provided outstanding care with exceptional communication. They went above and beyond while providing great peace of mind knowing that my wife was in caring hands. I cant thank Jenni, Paige, Key, Flo, Tyja and Dani enough for all they did.

We had a very positive experience with Jenni and her team. They really cared for my mom and had her best interests at heart. The communication was excellent. They went the extra mile to take care of mom, we live over an hour a way, and appreciated the little extras they would provide. Mom loved her visits from her care givers. I would highly recommend Synergy.

Synergy Home Care has been such a benefit to me. I lost my wife of 34 years about 2 1/2 years ago and at first I could menage on my own but as time went by I found my arthritis getting worse and I needed assistance with some of my chores (shopping and some cleaning). Jenni came to my home to analyze my needs and worked out a plan to meet them. Since then the service has been great and for me very affordable. Today I had a minor incident when the caregiver did not arrive so I called the office and Jack the Operations Manager came to my home later in the day to provide the assistance I required. That is what I call service above and beyond "normal". Thank you all for being so caring.

Would rate 0 if I could. After my grandfather came back from the nursing home we started home healthcare and its been a nightmare dealing with Synergy since. Since we live close, we are asked at least once a week to fill in last minute for one of the nurses that cant make it. Either that or we are notified that no one showed up hours later after my grandfather has been sitting in bed waiting for someone to get him up. Constantly the nurses call and say they cant make it or that we will have to help him ourselves. We will be going with private home health care professionals from now on. If you need RELIABLE help, do not go with synergy, private professionals are much cheaper and actually put in effort.

We can't say enough about the care that our mother received from Jennifer and Rebecca. They were able to build a great relationship with our mother and with us. They took time to explain things and were extremely kind and patient with all of us.
