If I could give 0 stars I would, lets start out by saying me and my girlfriend put in a application to live here on April 11th 2022, we paid the application fee along with a 300 dollar deposit and pet deposit for two dogs because thats what they required from us. Fast forward to today June 9th of 2022, 10 days before move in day, 10 days before our current lease is up were getting packed and ready to go and we get a email from them saying we were denied the apartment. After working with them staying in contact with them and abiding by everything they wanted from us. Not to mention how bad the management is constantly declining calls to check up on thing never receiving emails back from them and the attitude that was received from them when we finally were able to get ahold of them, long story short they need to find new management and stop giving people the run around me and my girlfriend and our two dogs are now 10 days away from being homeless because of there unwillingness to communicate and not being professional. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!

I have lived here for the past 2 years. Kathy has been an amazing landlord. Very affordable for 2 bedrooms. Neighbors always keep to themselves.. only problem weve had is loud upstairs neighbors but thats about it! Parking lot could use improvement (more spots) but other then that I love it here!
