Great place to rent from. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues. Management is great. I would recommend living in one of their units.

We lived in one of the townhomes managed by Campusview Real Estate in Hudson area for 2 and half years. It was a quiet, clean, safe, convenient and very beautiful area. Rooms are spacious. Rent are easy to pay. We had every thing we needed. What impressed me the most is how professional the staff handles all leasing, resume leasing, terminate leasing. They have very detailed and easy understood contract to cover everything you need to know. And the staff are easy to reach and available to answer all my questions. We had to do an early termination of lease because job relocation. It was extremely stressful to me because ended my lease 9 months earlier. But the staff have been working diligently to work me through the process, get my unit ready, and show my unit very frequently to the potential tenants. And it went so fast! It is such a big release for me!

I'm currently in my second year residing on Cascade and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The landlord and maintenance staff are consistently responsive and friendly. The building has a fair level of quietness, and there's an abundance of parking spots available. During the winter, the staff is prompt and efficient with snow removal in the parking lot and sidewalks. In addition, the staff has excellent communication when needing to enter the apartment (e.g., maintenance requests, A/C covers). Overall, I highly recommend Campusview for its attentive management and safety.

I needed a rental solution in the Woodbury area in between a home sale and a new home purchase, and rented a townhome for a year and 3 months from Campusview. I found them to be excellent land lords. They were extremely timely with the few issues I had needing attention; the home was well maintained and very clean; and the staff was really beyond helpful and responsive! I can highly recommend Campusview and their staff for your next rental!

It seems they have deleted my last review, so Im reposting just to warn anyone who is thinking about renting through them. For your safety dont rent with this company, they constantly violate their own lease and Wisconsin consumer laws. As a house full of women, we all felt very unsafe and uncomfortable with their routine inspections, its come to a point where we dont know if when we come home we might find strange men in our apartment. There was instance when theyve barged in on my roommate while she was sleeping. Very scary. They do not honor the twelve hour notice, when I asked them please give us a notice and they always respond with: we will run our business however we want to. They have implied that we are doing illegal activities as a response to us voicing our uncomfortably.
