I bought a refrigerator end of October beginning of November, the fan and compressor went out. Called to have them come look at it. They said they could come that day or the next the didnt know, asked for a better time frame since most of us work said hed give a call back and I never heard back from them.

Called 2 days in row, only to get ghosted on BOTH appointments. Not sure who's taking the appointments but, they need to get their s@$# together.

My brother went to here to get his washer and dryer replaced. After getting it changed, it led to major damage to his basement and my belongings in there. I'd leave 0 stars if I could.
