Got a sofa sleeper chase and after it was delivered realized the bar that folds down to turn the sofa into a bed was missing a piece so the bar wouldnt hold the bed part up. Called them and someone came to look at it and said they were gonna order the part and theyd be back to fix it. I didnt hear from them after that. I gave them a couple weeks cause I knew they were short staffed and then called them and set up an appointment for them to come out to fix it. The appointment day came and they called an hour late to say theyd be here in a half hour to fix the couch. They never came and I never heard back from them. The sofa sleeper was the whole reason I got the couch

This place is terrible. I would never get anything from them again. Besides already paying a high markup plus the extras they put on top of that, their customer service is terrible. I've been paying on time for 2 years straight and go one day late they calling and showing up to my house leaving notes on the door, then have the nerves to call my people and tell them how much I owe! Wow!! And for a bill 99% payed off that's not even 30 days overdue?? You people need a lesson in appreciating customers who have excellent history with you and learn no one likes to be harrased especially someone who pays their bills! Definitely my last time buying from them and I would not recommend anyone else to buy from them either. It's the equivalent of a furniture payday loan!
