We had a terrible experience with Mr. Kozelka and his lack of assistance and professionalism needs to be shared. From the start he was not helpful with questions about the home, did not respond in a timely manner, and did not assist throughout the purchase process. Our home purchase was part of a 1031 exchange and it took 4 months to close on the home and he did not contact us during that time, did not show up for the closing, and did not advocate or advise us at any time. He had many excuses, offered no assistance, and no apology for not providing the service he was hired to do. A very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
