Our experience with By The Bay Realty was top notch. Jessica Nettleton went the "extra mile" literally, by snowshoeing one mile down the snow covered driveway to view what is now our beautiful home. Rick was very knowledgeable and confirmed our research into purchasing business and even advised us in areas we weren't too familiar with! The ladies in the front are a hoot to talk to, Jess was able to answer questions when Rick was out of the office that set our hearts at ease. I recommend to anyone who needs help with real estate purchases and inexperienced at negotiating terms to go with them. They work FOR you and your best intrest, not just the top deal.
