Arrived 1.5 hrs early and I was given a door right away, they didn't start unloading me until just before my appointment time but they had me unloaded and bills in hand within 30 minutes so no complaints. Plenty of room for backing and parking out of everyone's way

A lot of these reviews are from truckers. Very few ratings from employees who actually work here. Look on indeed for more ratings from employees. I will give my rating in here as a former employee. I must say that the warehouse team has gotten better since new WH management and staffing has been changed. The consistency of Supervisor to Plant Manager here are like a river. They only flow one way which is out the door. Lost track of how many of them left the last 5 years or even going back 10+ years. Corporate doesnt seem to do anything to help with this issue, being their motto is its family owned. Thats the thing, its family owned but not family oriented. You really are just a number here and theyll replace you as you go without looking back even tho you put in many years of service. Really inconsistent discipline and more favoritism from management team. If you talk to the plant manager more, hell show more leniency towards you when youre in trouble, but if you dont talk to him, hell put the hammer on you as hes the jury, the Judge, and the Executioner. Supervisors all seems afraid of him as he micromanages them. HR and the other managers also seem to not do anything about it either. The employees that works here on the floor are really nice. The job is easy to work but is fast paced on some lines. Being a shred bulk cutter sucks when you have to lift 40 pound cheese through the day, especially if youre on the 5 pound shred line. Giving this place a 2 star only because of the people from the floor I formed a bond with are good people.

Was told I had 2 trucks in line ahead of me and they put 5 more in before me and 2 of them came in after my appointment
