I have enjoyed Sartori cheese's for many years. I had my first experience with them at a Weis supermarket 365 S Cedar Crest Blvd, Allentown, PA 18103,where I sampled the bellavitano flavored cheese and my next encounter was in costco where my wife and I had merlot bellavitano cheese. The cheesemaker makes a very good product and is sold in higher end supermarkets or in bulk markets Costco,BJ or Sam's club or Stew Leonard's. I saw the small bars at a Shoprite supermarket in Brooklyn,NY being sold off and I bought them all up. It's a great product. Too bad I couldn't get a discount on my last purchase from them online.
