Gundersen Lutheran Urgent Care Onalaska

The 1-star ratings are absurd, and you should take them with a grain of salt. Gundersen is a world-class medical facility, and we are lucky to have them in our community. They've helped me many times over the decades, and I'm always impressed by the expertise. Yes, wait times at clinics can be difficult depending on the luck of your timing, but that's true everywhere. I will continue to trust them for my care.

Visited urgent care on 6/2/23 to an unfortunate accident that required stitches. Was seen by Dr. Readinger, he and the rest of the staff did an outstanding job and made my husband feel comfortable in an unpleasant situation. Thank you for the personal and friendly service!!!

Worst clinic ever. Don't go there if you have a mental illness. I had a broken back and the doctor told me that it was all in my head and wrote me an order for physical therapy. Which would have paralyzed me. Needless to say I went straight to mayo clinic emergency surgery and a total of three back surgery to fix me. To top it all off the same pos doctor from gunderson onaska clinic put me on a no pain medication list so 33 surgeries later and no pain relief. A pastor once told me that the difference between a doctor and God is that God doesn't think he's a doctor. Pretty pathetic when the receptionists are the most professional people in the clinic.
