Seasons at Orchard Hills

This is a great community to live in for all ages. All of the residents are very friendly and welcoming, even to your four legged friends! Dogs will love this community as there are a lot of other dogs to run into on walks throughout the day. The staff are easilyr reachable and accomodating with anything you may need in your apartment. The Seasons at Orchard Hills is a great place to call home!

We have loved our time at seasons! Aria is a great property manager and is quick to respond to any tenant concerns and questions. Additionally, the maintenance team is quick and efficient. The amenities are nice and the grounds are well maintained. We love that each season brings out different florals and landscaping. Its very pet friendly with easy walking trails. We know all of our neighbors and everyone is very considerate of noise. We were so sad to leave but can ensure any tenant would be happy here!

I swear if I could give less than a star, I would. And in all honesty, the 1 start I will give it for cleanliness and getting the snow plowed on time. But that's about it. I have never encountered in all of my life a company that tries harder and more disgustingly to squeeze every dollar out of someone. I swear to God dealing with the staff is like dealing with robots. Not to mention the fact that you call 1000 times and maybe out of the 1000 you'll reach someone 10 times. Great job. God forbid you try to rent out the clubroom, then there's a $200 rental fee. And if it's time to change your water filter? There's a fee for that. Extra parking space, fee for that, too. But then ofcourse call for something you need, no response. And the worst part, having to pay 6 months (and 1 day, yes, they made me pay $50 for one day of rent until the lease was taken over) without even living there because I had to move and they refused to break the lease even though I gave them a 2.5 month heads up before the new lease started. 0 cooperation, 0 assistance, 0 humanity. I swear it's like a money milking machine and they could care less about anything but that. Welcome to Seasons, enjoy your stay. Garbage.

I love living at Seasons. They have a 24/7 gym a wide variety of equipment, a pool, and best of all they are pet friendly and perfect for all ages. There's plenty of space to walk your dog with dog waste stations as well. I've been here for almost 3 years and I'll continue to lease from here. Would highly recommend!
