Residences At Oak View

Recently moved in and so far love it! Any minor issues Ive had were resolved (new construction items - nothing major). Ryan has been great and residents are very friendly! Maintenance is responsive and very helpful.

I move in almost 2 weeks ago. Now I really like living here so far. The area is nice and location is great. Specially The manager Ryan is friendly and always quick to solve any problems Great job Ryan !!

I have been at Oak View since July and have been so happy. The manager Ryan goes above and beyond for the residents and makes sure any issues are handled in a timely manner as well as over communicates so the resident is always in the loop. There are some things to be desired like lawn care (lots of weeds) but it certainly is improving. The clubhouse and pool is incredible and such a great place to hang out! Definitely consider Oak View if youre looking at new places.

The actual property is fantastic and all was well with Residences at Oak View until the new onsite manager Ryan started. Since he has begun, we cannot keep a maintenance man onsite longer than 6 months, the nature area near the marshes is trashed and garbage collects behind the homes from the nearby construction. Ryan charges the residences additional fees any chance he gets and he was the person who encouraged the recent astronomical increase of rent that just took place in the Spring of 2023. If Ryan leaves Residences of Oak View, I would give this property 5 stars.

Just about to renew my lease. Dont be confused by the negative comments, on-site management is FANTASTIC! Ryan and the maintenance team are always speedy with solutions and fixes. Moving here was the best decision for me and my family. Great location, great amenities and family friendly neighborhood.
