They were actually able to get me in early so that was great. They had one guy come and I could tell he did a good quality job. Windows and doors look great. Was exactly as advertised. Looking forward to more home improvements with Sidex!

Steven was very personable and friendly, he did an excellent job and I would gladly refer him to anyone needing this kind of work. Update:9/20/22 In less than a month I saw some cracks around the shower drain so I contacted sidex. All correspondence was by email, I can say they the response was quick. They ask for pictures which I sent. The reply was it was my fault because of the cleaner we used. The problem with that answer was they never ask what cleaner we used they just found a way to shift the blame. The solution we came to was to use a crack fill and resurface. The off was to supply the product but charge for the application. I offered to do it myself. Thats fine with me, the last thing I wanted was to redo the whole thing. Moral of the story is. You get what you pay for. Of the five estimates I received theirs was the cheapest. Now I know why.
