Milwaukee Real Estate Agent, Charlie Hutchinson

This guy is unethical! 8 years ago we both listed our house and bought a house through him. He tried to secretly bring in a buyer for a home we were under contract with. We had a home sale contingency that had to get resolved before buying it. The people he tried to bring in did not have a contingency. We asked if they were his clients but he denied it. He lied! He told us he thought we couldn't afford it and that there will be other houses. Stay away from Chuckie. He is not trustworthy.

I have worked with Charlie over several years both buying and selling small investment properties. He knows how to fit investors with the right properties and has helped me act quickly. Charlie is amazing to work with! He is the go-to realtor in Milwaukee and has helped me to purchase two homes in the Lower East Side. He's very knowledgable of the market and the real estate transaction process. HIGHLY recommend him.

Charlie made the deal to get our house. Period. Charlies was recommended to us by our daughter who lives in Wauwatosa. We were moving to the area from Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. We had a very large area around Milwaukee to find a house and that made the search quite difficult to manage due the scope. Once we finally met Charlie face to face we were able to lay out our thoughts and things seemed to click. We were really buying the house at the height of the market frenzy, we had just sold our West Virginia property at an insane price and knew what was happening with the market. We had 3 days of house hunting scheduled and after day one we were on the same page. After day one the house we did buy was listed and had two days of open houses. My wife really wanted this house and we attended the insanely crowded open house and we wanted to make an offer. Her heart was set and Charlie worked up the offer that won the deal. Charlie knew the other realtors and structured the deal that was very aggressive and worked. That deal was all Charlie, he knew what it would take to close and delivered. Plus, he is a really pleasant person and very professional. Call him up, you will not be disappointed.

I am writing this to express the excellent job that Charlie Hutchinson (Houseworks Collective) did for us with the selling of my deceased brothers home. During our first interaction with Charlie he provided insight into various ways to proceed with preparing the house for sale to acquire the best possible price. He provided market information as well as tips on what needed repair before the sale. All through the process he was available to answer questions on the renovation as well as coming to the house to see the progress. When the renovation was complete he did an astounding job having the home staged for open houses. He continues to interact with me as we approach the closing. I would strongly recommend Charlie Hutchinson to anyone who is thinking of selling or selling their home.
