I had the pleasure of working with Gregg on the sale of my home and the purchase of a new home. I had heard from others in my family who worked with Gregg that he was a realtor with integrity and, with his attorney credentials, was extremely helpful in navigating all of the potential issues that accompanied the sale of an older home. They were so right! He identified a previously undetected defect in my foundation that, if not corrected before listing the home, would have delayed any prospective sale of my property.
