Do NOT order from this location. Placed an online order on 4/7 at 10:30am for pickup @11:30am. Arrived to a closed store, even though their hours are from 10:30am-10:00pm everyday. I wasnt able to receive my order that I paid for. Also, Ive been unable to get in contact with anyone at the store or customer service. This has been extremely frustrating to go through and deal with. All of their locations need to be shut down.

Ordered online. Went to pick it up at time it said it would be ready. Wasn't marked ready in the app but went in anyway. Several people were waiting inside the store for orders. Waited for over an hour after order was supposed to be ready. Then left without my order. Now I have to call Monday for a refund. What a joke. Employees did not come to the counter to help anyone. Hid in the back. Went from cutting pizza with no gloves or hair nets, to take phone out of pocket. Touching phone and hair without washing hands then going back to cut pizzas. Yes it was busy. But there was no sort of system in place and they were a mess.

I placed my order at 8:30 and the tracker said its in the oven so I drive to pick it up and the employee says it is going to be refunded and I have to wait to get my money back, So not only do I have starving kids at home waiting for birthday pizza , I wasted time gas and they shouldnt have had it open without employees this is ridiculous. Not how to run a business. Now my guests cant eat until 11:00 oclock . And I have to purchase it all over again. Now what if I didnt. Have the money to purchase the food again, I have to wait 5 to 10 days for a refund.All I have to say is this is a terrible way to run a business.Very unhappy with this situation.

Parking: There's not very many parking spots in their parking lot because it's shared with couple different businesses. So it is kind of hard to find parking right off the bat.
