      image I accidently placed an order for the next day (24 hours later). About a half hour into this I realized that, I called customer service. Sebastian (Corp hotline), informed me that their policy does not allow the system to cancel orders. For a pizza that nobody has even touched, let alone acknowledge the order at this point, they can't even use common sense and cancel. I will no longer support a company that operates in this way. If this is how they operate on this end, I can only imagine the way the rest of it looks. How we live in a day and age, that I can't cancel a simple pizza order that is 24 hours out is absolutely mind-blowing and disgusting.
