Pizza Hut

I had friends over last night and decided to order some pizza. I usually order from the location by my house on 76th St however they were out of almost every type of crust and the location in West Allis which is a little farther had a 90 minute wait for pickup. Although this is the second closest location I was hesitant to order due to the 1 star Yelp rating and the 2.9 stars on Google but I decided to give them a shot. I ordered 2 pizzas, a double order of breadsticks and 2 orders of Cinnabons. The Cinnabons are literally the only reason I order from Pizza Hut, theyre my fav and obviously the frosting is the best part. A couple minutes after I placed my order I realized I forgot to add extra frosting for the Cinnabons. I called and asked the guy if I could add 2 frosting cups to my order, he said since it was an online order he couldnt change anything. I said thats fine my husband will pay the $2 when he picks up but I asked him to put it with my order. He asked if I meant the pre-made icing that comes with the Cinnamon Sticks and I said no I meant the frosting that comes with the Cinnabons and he said they dont have prepackaged Cinnabon frosting and I said I was aware that it doesnt come prepackaged but they usually use the cups for the marinara sauce and he seemed to understand. Btw they clearly offer additional frosting on their menu, its called Cinnabon signature Cream Cheese frosting and its $.99, and theyve been selling Cinnabons for several years so idk why the guy was so confused about my request. When my husband went to pick up our order he thankfully checked and guess what, both orders of Cinnabons had NO frosting on them at all and several packages of the nasty prepackaged Icing dip were in the box. Wth?! My husband told the woman at the counter and she just stared at him blankly like she didnt understand and said Well Id have to make some up then so he was like Ok. lol like what the heck can we at least have our food the way its supposed to come, who in the world would want Cinnabons without frosting?!?! They ended up adding some frosting to the Cinnabons but I never got my additional cups of frosting that I requested which is kind of a bummer but oh well. The rest of the food was good and our order was ready pretty quickly so Id say it was a 3 or 4 star experience as far as Pizza Huts go, lol! Idk if the people that work there are just a little slow and didnt understand my request even though I was quite clear on what I meant or if they were simply being lazy and didnt wanna make the frosting, I honestly didnt know the frosting needed to be made I figured it came premade and just needed to be put in a cup or on the Cinnabons but idk.

Love and hate this place. Sometimes I order food and it is ready before it is supposed to be, and it is fresh and delicious and I enjoy it. However, other times, it either wont get delivered at all, I have to reorder it, or its not ready on time. This time I found BITE MARKS on my pizza, which makes no sense, because it was clearly bitten before they threw it in the oven, so they saw them, and still thought it was ok to cook and serve. Additionally, the cashier at this location often goes outside and smokes and then handles the food. This place is always sort of slow and the service is not always pleasant, while it sometimes gets the job done, and the often great taste of the food makes up for it, situations like this one make me realize how bad the service and atmosphere is. The only good thing about this place is the food, if its served or delivered properly.

I have been in this area for about 2 years. I have seen multiple managers come through this Pizza hut. Rory Pross has been the best so far. He puts pride into his work and strives for the best. Great service all around.

Ordered curbside, arrived when notified & was told that our order wasn't even started. Waited 30 minutes longer before was told our order was canceled. Staff was arguing amongst themselves.
