Best Western Plus Milwaukee Airport Hotel & Conference Center

The hotel is under new ownership I was told, well they clearly havent put any money into the maintenance. The hot tub was hot but not jets functioning, the beds were lumpy, smelled of weed, toilets were making noises and the seats suck. Hair was all over pool bottom. Noteworthy details: The parking & shuttle dont make it worth the stay! Go elsewhere.

The actual room itself was okay, decently comfy bed but didnt spend much time in it thanks to being woken up multiple times, and okay pillows. But the atmosphere was not to be desired if you want to be close to the airport for an early flight like we did. We had to be up at 2:30 am for a flight this morning. We understood when the pool was beside our room that it would be louder until 10 pm when it closes. However, I did not expect people to be running around the hotel (mainly kids and teenagers) yelling right outside our door to wake us up at midnight. Then, at 1 am being woken up by the lady who worked there and two teenagers who were apparently looking for a phone. Definitely not amused to be waken up multiple times when it was chosen due to the convenience of being across the street from the airport. If youre traveling and have an early flight, I do not recommend.

Good rooms, beds are comfortable BUT the hot tub and pool? DISGUSTING. you can literally SEE the dead skin of people and bacteria in the reflection of the sunlight through their open ceiling windows. its truly the most body crawling feeling ever. especially with all the kids that just jump in there and possibly get this water in their mouths because theyre so young, its gross.

We had bed bugs in our bed. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. The front desk people were not friendly or nice. The entire building is dirty, smelly, nasty, and gross. Would not recommend anyone staying here. Not even sure how this place is still open.
