Arrived late after booking with Hotwire. Did not state no pets. Had a small pet in a carrier. Was asked to leave after being there 30 minutes. Was not given a refund. I feel like it was very unethical of them to keep the money and ask me to leave. To note, my small dog was crated and not a "yapper". I state this to be clear it was truly not an issue of me being disruptive etc.

Very bad service, it says that breakfast is included and there is nothing, the person who attends the lobby disappeared from 9:00 am so as not to show his face about the breakfast. Afterwards we asked the laundry person about the breakfast and she said that we had to order it in front desk but the person in charge never showed up very bad service
