The Iron Horse Hotel

Awesome place to stay while visiting Milwaukee. Next time Im going to sit in the lounge on that cool couch and listen to an LP. Great vintage vibe.

Absolutely awesome place! SUPER comfy beds with down filled pillows. Also a very nice, BIG bar. Rooms: Amazing bathrooms with rainfall shower head. Beds are extra comfortable. Also a stocked bar in room (at extra cost)

The HEADACHE of dealing with The Iron Hose for our wedding has been nothing short of a nightmare! We have now been charged 3 separate times for our stay back in August (for which we were already charged at that time.) Spent all weekend calling when I noticed the 2nd charge come through (for a completely different amount) When I called the front desk they said "Oh yes it's looks like the first charge never went through." I said I am looking at my account and I was already charged in August- and for a different amount. She then responded and she actually didn't know and would need to talk to sales?? Left my number and said please call me as I was on vacation. No calls, no responses to emails. So I wake up today to ANOTHER charge- again for a different amount and now almost up to 3k in charges. This isn't even including the first double charge from the restaurant the night before the wedding. Just a complete mess and no one will take responsibility or call me back.

Exceptional Experience! Our family hosted a large wedding party at the Iron Horse over the weekend of Oct. 20-22, 2023, including rehearsal and dinner, many overnight guests, and Sunday brunch. Everything went perfectly and all hotel, dining, and valet staff were extremely attentive to all details. The front desk staff went above and beyond in meeting our needs. Special thanks to Ann Marie for your care and coordination, all of which contributed to our extremely positive experience throughout the weekend! Louie ensured our brunch experience for over 50 guests was extraordinary! Alex, Leo and several other valet attendants provided incredibly rapid and friendly service for dozens of requests throughout the weekend! Milwaukee Boot Company's flagship store in the hotel lobby offers beautiful, hand-crafted leather goods and the store owner is second to none! Highly recommend! Thank you Iron Horse!
