Great experience, they took care of me and my truck. The service I had took a better part of a day and they hooked me up with a loaner so I was able to get my things done. My truck came back clean and all maintenance was done. This was my first time here and I will definitely use Lake for my maintenance from now on!

I have been going to Lake Chevy to have my car serviced for approx. 4 years since moving to the area. Ive always had great service. However, I was recently disappointed to find out that Lake Chevy tried to have me schedule a service that wasnt needed. After I got the recommendation after my oil change that I would need a diagnostic because of an oil leak.. I took my car to a family friend who is a mechanic to get a second opinion - come to find out I didnt have an oil leak and nothing was wrong with my car. If I would have scheduled the follow up appointment at Lake Chevy I would have paid for a service that wasnt needed. Im extremely bummed because I have always had good experience at Lake Chevy but now Im having doubts.
