Took them 4 months to complete the paperwork for the title transfer that should have been completed the day I bought my vehicle. After calling several times and being ignored, it took me refusing to hang up the phone to get someone to even look into my issue.

A bunch of crooks! We purchased a car from them with an extended warranty. The car has been in an accident and totaled out by insurance. The “finance director”Jim refuses to refund the money paid for the extended warranty. He has come up with all kinds of excuses when the warranty company has stated that they are to provide a refund within 6 weeks after receiving the written request and documentation of the vehicle loss. Jim has that and still won’t do his job. I’ve filed BBB complaints that they aren’t responding to. The finance department staff is rude and unprofessional.

Service was horrible. Brought my car in for brakes and rotors. They replaced them but still squeezed a lot ! I returned my vehicle 4 times and they still couldn’t get it right. On top of that one of their mechanics damage my car during a test drive. I am not pleased.
