I do not like this Wells Fargo near the Milwaukee airport. Any bank that prioritizes funding climate change causing fossil fuels is horrible.

This bank is the worst,. I was dealing with 2 lost personal checks and, one was cashed and was told , oh nothing we can do sorry. That's a lie. I was told by a manager through the 1-800 no, they should have filed a claim not say to bad so sad. The person didn't get it was cashed by who knows. My attorney told me all banks get copy( images) of the checks and I can ask for copies has well as the bank filing a claim. The banker told me cause no name was on check ,mind you there was a name, have picture of the check from before I mailed it, the bank does not have to be the people/person to put the name on the on the check. I was told call the branch and ask for manager. I called at 4:25 on hold till 4:45 no answer, kept getting no one available, no cause they all sit around and talk. I have pictures lol, as well as the ice skate rink of a parking lot a week and half ago. Oh although the 18oo number states you can walk in and speak to someone, that's a lie as well, you have to have an appointment, so now I have to miss more work, what to be told sorry you have to come back, cause we're to busy talking and can't answer the phone. Once this is taken care of I'm done with wells Fargo. No wonder why they are allways in the news and being sued, worst customer service
