Dont waste your time. Find a better bank. Theres at least 5 banks within a half mile and even more within 5 miles. Weve been using this location for 2 years and its only getting worse. Drive thru has been closed this last week, yet there was a manager and 4 employees inside? Not worth it.

Terrible service, again! It seems that everytime I go into this branch it has managed to get worse. I went in to cash out a jar of change, right at their opening time, no lines, no one else in the branch. I got told we don't have a counter for change, but you can take this tray and sit at that desk and count it yourself. The teller that "helped" me then gave me a tray and wraps, and was done with me. I have been "helped" by him before, he is great at telling you what he won't/can't do. Another teller came over and helped me count out all the change, and then took me to the window to finish of my business. At that point Travis came over to try and make nice. I am not having it, he and this branch are actively trying to get me to close all my accounts and bank somewhere else.
