I lived here from May 2022 to May 2023 and it was such a great place to live. Maintenance requests are always completed right away or whenever you want them to be completed (they will ask). The walls are super thick, I dont think I ever heard my neighbors when I was in my apartment. Although I didnt see many of neighbors, the people I did meet were super friendly. Overall it was a great experience. If youre looking for a place downtown I highly recommended this place!

Enjoyed my time here. Will miss my neighbors so much. Manager was friendly and maintenance was quick to respond.

Lived in three different apartments in this building. All of them are gorgeous with marble islands and grey kitchen cabinets.

Lived here for two years and absolutely loved my apartment. The appliances were modern, the windows were massive, and the high ceilings provided such an open, welcoming, and clean ambiance. The location is great, particularly for downtown commuters. However, do not underestimate the downtown noise, including frequent sirens, engine revs, and city goers, though you might get used to it. The exterior walls are thick and sturdy, which can impact cell service. Thankfully, my wifi provided ample service and reliable wifi calling. Additionally, the management company and the leasing staff can be flakey, so do not take their word for anything until you have it in writing. Luckily my interaction with them was minimal and maintenance requests were few and far between. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and would certainly consider MKE Lofts again if I move back to Milwaukee.
