I have been living here for almost 4 years, when I have a repair need I get a quick response & follow up if I there will be a delay. I needed a new kitchen floor I did have to wait & was given the eta when the floor materials would arrive. That promised was kept & when I saw my new floor I was very happy with the new floor, it matches my caramel colored cabinets & young man who installed it did it beautifully & professionally. He deserves a raised he is always prompt, kind & professional I prefer him to fix all my repairs in my apartment!

I absolutely loved living here! The rooms are spacious, the buildings are well-maintained, and have all the amenities I needed. The allotted parking is very generous and the location is perfect, close to shops and adjacent to a park. The management team is responsive and friendly. Julia the manager is amazing and flexible. Highly recommend!

I was treated extremely poorly as I proceeded to move out of my unit after being a resident for nearly 3 years. Not sure if the mistreatment was due to being a Veteran, black woman or a single parent. They definitely took advantage of me by keeping my whole security deposit, guess I will be seeking legal advice.
