Worst property management ever!! I rented a 1 bedroom at Park Plaza Apartments & honestly wouldn’t recommend it to a dog! Rebecca the manager is extremely rude, invasive and disrespectful! I have dozens of emails from her being extremely disrespectful and rude. I have never been late on my rent, noo excessive noises or breaking of rules. They continue to try raising the rent, charging fees for things that were listed as an accommodation & maintenance crew damaging things in my apartment. It’s on 21 days that I moved out and I still haven’t received my deposit back! Will be contacting my housing department lawyer immediately if no answer is received today.

I use to live here for a year. The apartments are nice and clean. The only downside is i left my car unlocked one night and somebody went through my car and stole some stuff. Also, one morning i left early for work and this women popped out of nowhere and started to Harass me bc she thought i was leaving her boyfriends apartment...weird.. But overall it’s a nice place to stay.

Friendly and safe atmosphere. There's a well maintained swimming pool. The management office will work with you if needed. Nice people; neighbors and staff.

I appreciate the help and concern when I was unable to make payment. I felt that they truly care and took time to discuss my needs and problems. Always gave me a very pleasant experience.
