Granary Lofts

I had the privilege of living at this great property for the last 2 1/2 years. It is a great location for easy access the The Third Ward, Walkers Point and Downtown. The management company under the leadership of Marie is on point and maintains an immaculate property. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great location with great amenities.

I lived here for the last year and loved it. Great staff and the building is well kept. Building manager is very nice and responsive.

One of the best apartment complex's in MKE! Wonderful location, not too central where there is traffic but a ton of good coffee shops and bars within walking distance. The apartment is pet-friendly and I love to work in the common room!

Had a great experience living here! Quiet. Issues are taken care of promptly. The property manager, Marie, is great. The only reason I moved was that I needed more space.

I lived at Granary Lofts for 2 years and absolutely loved it! The building is conveniently located within walking distance of many trendy restaurants, breweries, and night life hotspots. As young person walking her dogs at night, I always felt safe walking by the river and through Walkers Point. The apartments, gym, upper deck, and community room are absolutely gorgeous, made with high-quality materials, and you cannot hear anything through the thick walls! The maintenance team does a superb job of keeping the property well manicured and clean. The best part of living at Granary Lofts was the property management team (shout out to Jory, Jennifer, and especially Marie). They all are incredibly kind, helpful, and respond to all communications promptly. Anyone who rents knows that a landlord can make or break ones living experience, and I can proudly say that they made mine an absolute dream come true. I highly recommend living at Granary Lofts!
