Run dont walk to First Choice Dental West. Pros:
1. Jeannette - warm, smart, educates her patients. Made me feel like a star and completely comfortable in her chair.
2. Dr. Rob. Made sure to greet me personally. Warm, friendly, definitely a first rate dentist and relationship builder.
3. Waitlist system. Once youre in the system you can get on the waitlist to snag an earlier appointment. Its a brilliant system and I love it.
Cons: I cant think of any.
Need to know: They are booked for months out, so get on their list and then waitlist ASAP.
My kids and husband will be coming soon!

The staff at the Junction Road location has done an outstanding job in keeping everyone that comes there safe. From the beginning when you enter the building you know they are doing all the right things for everyones safety.

The staff was nice enough. It was a very quick consultation with the dentist (2-3 minutes) in which she stated I had 11 cavities. I got a second opinion from a trusted family dentist (back home) and they said I have no cavities at the time (some tiny lesions in the enamel but nothing that needs action right now). Big difference from first choice telling me I needed 11 fillings immediately (all were booked within a month, would have maxed out my insurance which was a red flag) or else I would require root canals. The cleaning was fine I guess I cant speak to their services outside of that. There are a lot of reviews on Yelp stating that they were also upsold/told they needed unnecessary services.
The whole thing was essentially a shakedown - go find a real dentist.
Update: 3rd opinion also said zero cavities. Id recommend finding any other dentist in the area theres lots of other choices.
