Frustrating experience printing trifold brochures for our business. The website had limited options for printing (didnt see a full-bleed option or different paper options) and the end product was of poor quality, so we werent able to use what we ordered. When I went in, I asked if they could reprint on a better quality paper with full-bleed and provide a refund for the initial order, and they werent willing to provide that. They admitted that the website wasnt easy to navigate and that it was hard to find the options I was looking for, yet they didnt take ownership of the mistake. They said I shouldve been able to figure it out (as a first time customer), since other people have. The customer service felt cold and lacked empathy.

The assistant manager Matt was the only one in the store. He did an amazing job of helping every single customer to the best of his ability. He's probably the main reason this store is even open. He deserves a raise!
