        Not only did they not call me to notify me that my order was ready, they refused to help me because I placed the order online. Jeanette informed me that they could not do anything to help me because the order was made online. They didn't even direct me how to best contact FedEx office. They informed me that the automatic folding causes issues with brochures, and sent me on my unhappy way. This location has issues. The FedEx office on the west side is 1000xs better and their employees will actually help you.

        Went in to accomplish very specific printing and laminating tasks. I knew what I wanted but had no idea how to accomplish said tasks.The only person on staff (Phebe) politely and quickly taught me to do what I needed to do and also helpfully used her knowledge to improve my project. Thank you. Note: I have used this location in the past for FedEx pickup and delivery and have always had positive experiences
